A Night with the Stars! (April 17, 2008)
Lauren has made it to the Regional Final in Brisol for the Live & Unsigned competition.

Lauren needed to up her game for this final to compete with the very talented artist that will be appearing in the final, so she has co-written her own song. The final takes place on Sunday 20th April at St. Georges Bristol.

Live & Unsigned is a NATIONAL music competition for unsigned Bands and Singers to perform LIVE.

Its unique format allows the UK's breakthrough acts to perform in their own genre and style. With over 10,000 registrations in 2007, it's set to be even BIGGER for 2008!

There are four categories - Best Female Solo Artist, Best Male Solo Artist, Best Vocal Group and Best unsigned Band of 2008 - and there are two age groups - 18 and over and under 18.

Winners of the 18 and over category have the chance to win the overall competition and a recording and management contract with a £20,000 investment to release your single and album with Future Music.

18s + Final Show – Doors from 6.00pm

Lauren will be featured on the local radio stations, GWR plan to put it out on air, but the song gets it's first Live public  performance on Friday Night 18th April at the Starry Eyes Showcase at Bradford on Avon Sports and Social Club Trowbridge Road starting at 7.30pm.

There will lot's of talented people taking part and some for the very first time.

It promises to be a talent packed fun evening for all the family.
